Kuwait International Property Show Continues its Functions Up to Next Saturday Evening
Investors’ real estate trends head to promising and stable European markets
The great demand witnessed by Kuwait International Property Show, currently being held at the International Fair Grounds in Mushrif, whose functions will continue up to next Saturday October 10, organized by Top Expo Group, reflects the extent of the Kuwaiti market’s thirst for more real estate opportunities inside and outside Kuwait, after a long period of stagnation witnessed by this market due to the summer holiday and holiday seasons which started last June and only ended after September.

The great demand for European properties in a number of countries and new markets is remarkable. This means that the real estate companies which offered projects in European countries that have not witnessed demand in the past, found a wide acceptance among the Kuwaiti citizen and investor who has become interested in these countries. Thus, many companies succeeded to market new properties in European countries, including (Spain, Bulgaria, Germany, as well as the traditional European market in Britain).
